1. Put the blade on the blender and put fruit or vegetables into the water bottle. We also recommend adding water, milk or another product with a liquid consistency.
2. Screw the water bottle onto the blender and then blend vertically until you get the desired consistency.
3. Unscrew the water bottle and then put on the cap and enjoy a delicious take-out drink.
